The coaching services offered are intended solely for educational and personal development purposes. Although I am a certified coach, I am not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, legal advisor, or financial professional. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care, legal guidance, financial counseling, or any other licensed professional service, and clients are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for those needs. Descriptions of coaching services and potential outcomes are general in nature; specific methods and results may vary based on each client’s unique circumstances. While coaching supports personal and professional growth, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Clients understand that they are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions arising from the coaching process.
At the heart of every coaching relationship is trust. As your coach, I am committed to protecting your personal information and the content we discuss in our sessions. All conversations, observations, and written communications shared during our coaching engagement are treated with strict confidentiality. I will not share any part of our conversations with third parties—including sponsors or organizations involved—without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law, a valid court order or subpoena, or if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

Cancellations or appointment rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee charged to the credit or debit card on file.
Payment is due at the time of service. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to ensure timely processing. Payment is required within 24 hours of each session; if it is not received, the card on file will be charged, along with a $25 late fee. Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, PayPal, and credit/debit cards (subject to a 4% processing fee). Invoices are available upon request. By signing and returning this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the privacy policy, missed appointment agreement, coaching declaration, and payment agreement.
